We are a plastic additives manufacturer in Germany. Our portfolio includes biobased additives for bioplastics, BHT-free stabilisers for polyolefins, and tailor-made additives for mechanical and chemical recycling streams. As a supplier of stabilisers for recycled plastics, we combine product development with technical service, from formulation support to processing trials, so you get more than just an additive.
-
Our additives are designed for processing stabilisation of virgin and recycled plastics without requiring changes to your existing setup. Our stabiliser packages are dosed directly into your extrusion or compounding process, just like conventional additives. Support by our technical team to find the right dosage and combination for your specific feedstock is included.
-
We focus on sterically hindered phenolic antioxidants with synergists, combining established chemistry with newly developed synergist. Unlike many competitors, we can offer phosphite-free stabilisation for polyolefin recyclates, avoiding hydrolysis-sensitive components.
Additionally our biobased antioxidants and BHT-free stabiliser portfolio makes us a reliable partner for the circular plastics economy and contact-sensitive applications.

Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. We're here to guide the process, bring ideas to the table, and keep things moving. As an antioxidant manufacturer in Europe, we work closely with you to develop tailor-made / custom plastic additives. Whether you need a quick fix for a current production issue or a long-term stabilisation strategy for your recyclate feedstock.
-
Not every stabiliser is the same. The right additive can be the easy way to let your recyclates excel like never before. Our stabilisers get their performance boost from synergists that nobody else can offer you. Each application is special, and each feedstock is different. Additives work best if they are tailored specifically for both parameters and for all other parameters involved (processing, contamination level, end-use requirements, …). We specifically address common pain points such as additive against quality variations in recyclates and stabilisation of low-quality recycling feedstock.
-
Pure additives's products are different: Our additive packages consist of a combination of established stabilisers or even newly developed primary antioxidants with new synergists. Just like the demands of your customers, your materials have to be individual in their performance. We offer you tailorable additive solutions meeting your expectations. Our sterically hindered phenolic antioxidants with synergists are formulated specifically for additives for mechanical plastic recycling and for the broader circular plastics economy — going far beyond generic, one-size-fits-all stabilizer packages.
-
Primary antioxidants trap free radicals and stop the oxidative chain reaction that would otherwise break polymer chains; secondary antioxidants decompose newly generated hydroperoxides before those can initiate additional radicals. Used together, they provide synergistic protection during high-temperature processing and throughout product life and help to retain molecular weight, melt-flow consistency, colour, mechanical properties, and resistance to embrittlement, cracking, and premature ageing.
Our formulations are specifically designed for processing stabilisation of polyolefin recyclates and long-term thermal stabilisation of recycled plastics.
-
Not all, but the bio-based and Arvin-free products of our portfolio consist of bio-based additives. We combine established stabilisers with newly developed, biobased synergists to offer both fully bio-based and hybrid options — depending on what best fits your application, feedstock, and sustainability targets.
-
BHT and its derivatives generate degradation products — the so-called Arvin compounds. Many of them are suspected to have adverse health effects and are subject to official regulation (e.g. EU Commission Implementing Decision 2024/367, positive substances list for drinking water). That's why we developed a BHT-free stabiliser for polyolefins: an antioxidant that does not form Arvin substances, offering you a stabiliser for recyclates without BHT derivatives.
-
Gel spots often result from localized oxidative crosslinking or degradation hotspots during reprocessing. Our stabiliser solutions help prevent gel formation in recycled polyethylene by ensuring homogeneous radical scavenging throughout the melt. Combined with our expertise in stabilisation of low-quality recycling feedstock, we help you reduce defects and improve film quality.
